Pizza:

For the purposes of the Slice Guys, a pizza is defined as a dish that is marketed with the word “pizza” or “flat bread” in its title and must consist of a flat base of dough baked with at least one of the following; a topping of sauce or atopping of cheese. Additional toppings are allowable as long as the definition has been fulfilled.

Recognized Styles:

The Slice Guys recognize that there are different styles of pizza and that these styles need to be identified so similar pizzas can be compared and reviewed accordingly.
